Customer Service

Packing & Shipping
All orders will be packed to Nutritional Elements specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size/quantity. Orders will be packed in unmarked boxes. There will be a $6.95 flat rate shipping charge on all domestic residential orders. Orders will be shipped UPS ground, FedEx ground or USPS. Unfortunately, at this time Nutritional Elements cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Box, and all Military addresses. For standard shipping, the time varies and is based on the distance your order travels. Please allow up to 5-7 business days on most orders.
Damages
Nutritional Elements is not responsible for damages due to elements out of its control, such as melted bars (see Cold Packs). We will not ship drinks in glass containers. Customers must contact support@nutritional-elements.com regarding damages within 24 hours of delivery.
Cold Packs
Cold Packs are available upon request to prevent products from melting. Nutritional Elements, will not accept returns on melted products. A $9.00 fee will be added to all orders requesting cold packs.
Out-of-Stock Product Policy
Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Customer will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. Split shipments are available upon customer approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one warehouse. In case of a split shipment, customer will be charged $6.95 per shipment.
Processing
Nutritional Elements is unable to make any alterations to orders after they have been submitted.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests must be emailed to support@nutritional-elements.com within 30 minutes of the submission of the original order. Nutritional Elements cannot guarantee any cancellations received after 30 minutes of the submission of the original order. 
Returns & Replacements
If you desire to return a product please contact Nutritional Elements at support@nutritional-elements.com with the following information:
• Invoice number
• Product description, item # and quantity
• Dates of purchase (all returns must be within 50 days of purchase)
• Reason for return (damage, incorrect, customer error end user)

Once Nutritional Elements receives the above four items it will issue an RA#. Such RA# will be provided within 48 hours. It is required that the end-user marks the outside of returned boxes with the RA #; Packages without RA #'s clearly marked on packages will be refused.  All returns must be mailed within 30 days from when customer receives RA #.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error.  In the event of missing products, Nutritional Elements must be contacted within 24 hours at support@nutritional-elements.com.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all end-user returns. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition, unopened and all seals intact.  Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned.  No Cash refunds given on returns. Credit cards will be credited (minus the shipping cost and 10% restocking fee) to those customers who meet the above requirements.
